Creating an album on PicTomo is incredibly easy. You don't need to sign up or install any apps. Just access the website from your browser and start sharing photos immediately.
Steps to Create an Album
First, visit the PicTomo homepage. You'll see an input field labeled "Enter album name" in the center of the screen. Type in your event name (e.g., "Smith & Johnson Wedding", "Class of 2025 Reunion"). A clear, descriptive name makes it easier to find later.
After entering the album name, click the "Create" button. That's it! Your album is now created. A QR code and URL are automatically generated. Share this QR code or URL with participants so everyone can upload photos.
Album Duration and Photo Limits
Albums start free with 10 days of validity and up to 100 photos - no complicated setup required. As you share the album and more participants join, Share Rewards automatically kick in, extending your album's duration and photo limit. The more people use it, the more powerful your album becomes. If you need even more time or photos, paid options are available for additional extensions.
About Owner Device
The device (smartphone or PC) used to create the album is recognized as the "owner." From the owner device, you can perform management operations such as changing the album name, setting viewing passwords, and purchasing time extensions. If you want to manage from another device, use the "Device Sync" feature.
You can also set a viewing password if needed. With a viewing password, only people who know the password can access the album, protecting your privacy.
